Unless you expressly consent, a separate service agreement says otherwise, or the law requires it, your account information, business inquiries, prompts, files and other service data are not used to train general AI models and are not sold to model-training parties. We may use de-identified, aggregated technical statistics that cannot identify you to improve service quality. IV. Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Account information is generally retained until account closure. Information required for security audits, disputes or legal obligations is deleted or anonymized when the necessary period ends. Access logs are generally retained for no more than 12 months unless law or regulators require otherwise.
